Project Activities and Intellectual Outputs
The Pathways to Employment project encompasses a range of activities and will produce several intellectual outputs designed to support autistic youth in their journey towards employment. These are developed collaboratively by our partner organizations and are aligned with the project's core objectives of skill development, awareness raising, and fostering inclusive environments.

Key Project Results (Intellectual Outputs)
PR1: Transnational Research Report
An in-depth research report analyzing the current employment landscape for autistic youth across the partner countries. This report will identify key challenges, existing support systems, and best practices. It will serve as a foundational document for the project's subsequent activities and a resource for policymakers and organizations working in this field.

PR2: Tailored Training Curriculum & MOOC
Development of a specialized training curriculum designed to equip autistic young people with essential workplace skills, communication techniques, and strategies for navigating professional environments. This curriculum will be delivered through an accessible Massive Open Online Course (MOOC).

PR3: Psychoeducational Handbook for Youth Workers
A practical handbook for youth workers, educators, and career counselors. This resource will provide guidance, tools, and strategies for effectively supporting autistic youth in their career development and job-seeking efforts. PR4: HR Compendium for Inclusive Employment (for SMEs)
A comprehensive guide for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) on creating inclusive recruitment processes and supportive work environments for autistic individuals. This compendium will offer practical advice, case studies, and resources to help employers tap into the diverse talent pool of autistic individuals.

Other Supporting Activities
Multiplier Events & Dissemination Workshops
Throughout the project lifecycle, a series of multiplier events and dissemination workshops will be organized in partner countries. These events will aim to share project findings, promote the intellectual outputs, and engage with stakeholders including autistic youth, families, educators, employers, and policymakers.
Transnational Project Meetings
Regular transnational project meetings will be held to ensure effective coordination, progress monitoring, quality assurance, and collaborative development of the project outputs among all partners.
