About the Pathways to Employment Project

The "Pathways to employment: Supporting autistic youth in overcoming employment barriers" (PTE) project is an initiative co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. Our primary goal is to enhance the employability of young people with autism by equipping them with essential key and soft skills necessary for successful entry into the labour market.

We aim to address and reduce significant barriers to employment that autistic youth often face. These barriers include skills gaps, emotional and social challenges, and a lack of awareness among employers regarding inclusive recruitment and workplace practices. The PTE project is committed to fostering an environment of understanding and support, enabling autistic individuals to thrive professionally.
