Pathways to Employment
Supporting autistic youth in overcoming employment barriers
A European Project co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.

About the Project
Pathways to Employment aims to improve the employability of young people with autism by developing the key and soft skills needed to enter the labour market. It seeks to reduce barriers to employment, such as skills gaps and emotional challenges, while raising employers' awareness of inclusive recruitment practices. Ultimately, the project will promote inclusion and long-term sustainability through open access educational resources and training for young workers and employers.
Our Partners
This project is a collaborative effort involving dedicated organizations from across Europe. We are working together to create a more inclusive and accessible employment landscape for autistic youth.
